Ardstone Residential Income Fund (ARIF) is an Irish-based investment fund, focused on the mid-market rental sectors in the Greater Dublin Area. ISIF’s investment alongside that of international pension funds, will help to unlock the construction of new homes for rent through forward purchasing and forward funding mechanisms. ARIF aims to operate to high Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) standards, and is an Article 9 Fund under SFDR.
ARIF is managed by Ardstone, one of Ireland’s largest real estate investment and development platforms, established since 2005.
ARIF’s primary objectives are to:
- Provide high quality housing stock in the Greater Dublin Area, to address the current shortage, particularly in the social and affordable sub-sectors.
- Grow and operate a portfolio of sustainable low carbon assets which are future proofed from climate-related risks, both physical and transitional.
Build strong, and supportive communities in and around our assets by encouraging social engagement, empowerment, economic growth, and promotion of health & wellbeing.
This investment builds on a prior €30m investment ISIF made with Ardstone in 2016, which successfully supported the delivery of over 2,500 new homes in Ireland.
