In the event that you are dissatisfied with the manner in which the NTMA has dealt with you, you can make a complaint to the NTMA by completing our complaints form and returning it to us by mail or email: The National Treasury Management Agency, Compliance Unit, Treasury Dock, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, D01 A9T8, Ireland Complaints@ntma.ie We will endeavour to resolve your complaint in a fair and expedient manner.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 26 (2) of the Disability Act 2005 (the “2005 Act”), the NTMA has a nominated Access Officer to provide or arrange for and co-ordinate the provision of assistance and guidance to persons with disabilities in accessing its services. Should you wish to obtain assistance in this regard please contact us at access@ntma.ie.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of the Irish Sign Language Act 2017 (the “2017 Act”), the NTMA shall do all that is reasonable to ensure that interpretation into Irish Sign Language is provided for a person who is competent in that language and cannot hear or understand English or Irish when that person is seeking to avail of or access statutory entitlements or services provided by or under statute by that public body at no cost to the person concerned. Should you wish to avail of these services, please contact us at access@ntma.ie and a member of staff will make initial contact with you regarding your request. Please note that to arrange services through an accredited translator, the NTMA will require at least one weeks’ notice.
